I just think that the D&D mechanics aren't likely to see immediate synergy printed in other upcoming sets due to the unique circumstances of the set. I'm not here to shit on anyone else's fun. That's just my initial feelings on the deck because none of the other esper legends really speak to me, but by all means. Like, I got really excited when I saw that there's a new esper commander deck, but then saw that it's dungeon tribal and got sad. I don't see there only being three dungeon cards printed, but if a big portion of the deck centers around the same less-than-ten cards, I'd still shy away from playing it because I don't like seeing the same cards every game, even if it's just a hoop to jump through to get other high variance cards back from the graveyard like the esper commander. With only three dungeons you can go into each one more than once
